A site word is a word that you no longer need to read... You just know it by site...

What do you mean by what other words?
We have verbs, adjectives, adverbs, nouns, conjunctions, prepositions etc.
We could also divide words into two groups: those beginning with B and those beginning with any letter except B (LOL)
Another classification might be: words with 1 or 2 letters and words with more than 2 letters.
In fact you can use any criterion to make groups or classify. What's your question?
HOW DO YOU LIKE THIS? Let's classify words like this:
1 words I like
2 words I dislike
3 words I don't mind.

Matthew, if you asked my kindergarten teacher about site words, she'd give you a very different deffinition. Site words, words that sound the same but have different meanings and are spelled differently.

Homophones are sleek little plastic communicators, downloaded with a program that allows instant downloads of the newest fashion trends.
This technology allows young 'fabulous' gay men to chat, text, tweet and shop simultaneously

And I suppose microphones are really tiny cell phones that you need to use a pin to dial?

Anyone else remember Dictaphones?

171. 11 Dec 2009 03:21

I guess that's the kind of phone you would keep in your pocket. I'll think of dictaphones next time I hear a mans pants ringing.
