Today on Chez Maddyjean, Parmesian Porkchops!

A recipe from different generations of my family, every one added their own flavors.....

6 porkchops (optional)
parmesian
crackers (not cheese, garlic, pizza, ect. flavored)
stick of butter

First, lay porkchops three on top row any three on bottom row in a baking pan.
Put your entire stick of butter in a microwave safe bowl and stick it in the microwave till at least half melted.
Get a Ziploc bag and put in crackers and parmesian cheese until it's about 1/4 full.
Use a rolling pin, your hands, ect. until it's well crushed. Not fine, just well.
Now, drizzle your butter over the porkchops. When that's done, completely cover the top part of the porkchops with the stuff you made in the Ziploc bag.
Drizzle the rest of the butter on top of that.
Now, my seasoning (optional).
I like oregeno on porkchops, but you guys probably won't. My tongue long for exotic flavoring. Spicy, if you will. Although oregeno isn't that spicy....
