Good conclusion to the whole affair! You didn't really miss much. Some kinds of mental disorders are deeply uninteresting, even though they dominate the lives of everyone who gets caught up in their effects. Not a pleasant experience. I'm a semi-professional connosseur of and practictioner of mental disorders, but I like to think I have higher standards than Radrook was willing or able to meet.

I also wanted to let you know I'm going to try to limit my forum posts a bit for a while - doing a thinkwrite challenge and a propaganda challenge at the same time, and with my irrepressible verbosity I could easily dominate the whole show and thereby discourage others from joining in as fully as they might (especially those who prefer a more relaxed and peaceful environment for their own words) . In a the Christian-talk forum especially, it seems best to shut up for the time being, and hope that doesn't seem rude to people who expected to maintain a dialogue.

My dear Chelydra, while you have decided to "shut up for the time being" I hope you will not stop reading the Bible. and when you came back it will be with less words and more sense. I never quote from the Bible BUT avoid stupid and foolish controversies and genealogies and dissensions and wrangling about the Law, for they are unprofitable and futile. Titus 3:9. - BUT certain individuals have missed the mark on this very matter and have wandered away into vain arguments and discussions and purposeless talk. Tim.1:6. My concern is for people that's not so secure in there faith and will be confused even more. I love you dearly and hope to be friends ever more.
Sorry - words that strike me just now: "mental disorders" and "dominate the lives" Then you ad "I'm a" and "I like" and "I have". Higher standards does not always meant better understanding of the human mind. Be blessed!

"My concern is for people that's not so secure in there faith and will be confused even more."
Don't worry, the Creator has equiped us with minds to think, and everyone makes their own choice. Personally, I find that all of the discussion is interesting and I often will value different perspectives-even if I don't agree.
If you have faith, then you are secure in it.

Yes, I agree God gave us minds to think, therefor choices are based on knowledge. My biggest fear is that I might say or do something that cause somebody to make the wrong choice.

Thank God for the 99 saved but it is the one that don't know Jesus nor understand salvation and still have to make a choice that I was referring to. Let us never under estimate the power of the written word.

Thanks for the link - great site!! You always bless me in words as well as with your pictures.

Reasoning and discussions is the best way to learn because my way is not the only way.
