Think draw seems to be losing a number of the more committed artists and contributors. They can't all be on there holidays or simply very busy...can they? Is it just a quiet time of the year...maybe? I hope it get's more lively soon. |

don't know... may be I'd prefer something completely new... i.e. "fabrics"... And anyway, we all have still to have practice and become skilled in lunartics! |

I think I've never suggested a topic but FABRICS seems incredibly good! I'd like to see what our super-talented artists come up with. Patterns or designs are many times disregarded but they are a drawing genre in themselves. I consider it could be a very difficult challenge. |

I just suggested 100 Million Years BC to Think Draw as a theme, graphically describe the era in pictures for the showcase. |

I have suggested machinery parts in the past. Gears, screws, nuts, bolts, I-beams, tools with the handles introducing some other colors than metallic silver, gray, black blue. Handles of green, red, yellow, etc. Definitely pieces with white and black edges. |

I am new to the site but really love it. Bits and pieces sounds interesting. |

The ability to switch to different backgrounds and themes whilst creating a picture so that effectively you have the use of all of the pieces available is fantastic but wouldn't this make things too easy? Don't get me wrong the range of pictures and the quality of the pictures would be better, but at what cost, would we lose the puzzle element as well that makes this site entertaining. In the limitations I find the joy of creation! I am all for new themes as individual sets opening new possibilities, but lets not make things too easy! |

I like the suggestions of kugush and mrozowski very much, metals and contruction odds and ends, etc. As for the ability to access all themes for one picture- I like it. The people who are really good are worried about it becoming too easy, losing the challenge....The rest of us are not concerned about that. Let those who need a greater challenge set it for themselves. |

I'm surprised by this topic. I'm surely speaking only for myself, but I'm still having fun discovering lunartics and beads (not sure I'll ever be satisfied by my work in beads). New themes are fun no doubt, but I think we've got so much more to discover still with the old ones. And speaking of new themes....will lunartics be introduced into Top5? It would be so nice to have creations from each theme in the 'hall of fame' (including "Faces" ) ... |
