I already knew that Maddy :], but you know, you guys are kind of picking on Maddy a bit too much. I mean, if I were her I would be pretty irritated about it. I don't read much of the forums, but when I do, it's almost always maddy getting picked on.
And Maddy, I don't really care about the whole IAmMatthew stuff even though I wasn't one of those being hated on, but the deleted drawings on the GuessTheArtistGame account wasn't nice at all. A person's artwork if very important to them. I'm pretty tolerant on most things, but if something I worked hard on gets ruined or erased, I would be pretty angry about it. At first, I figured you were causing these hate crimes for entertainment, but now I don't really know. I do question one thing, why try to be the center of attention and/or someone people will always welcome if you're spilling out all this hate for people? and the people you're making angry and unhappy aren't even the ones that are making you feel the same way.
And on another note, those that give life tips to maddy, you notice you're giving her a little too much pity? When I read those "life lessons" they make me feel annoyed if I think about them being told to me instead.

Just to be hypocritical, I'll give my life lesson . Think about what you're doing or saying to who ever it is you're addressing, as in, put yourself in the place of who ever it is you're "attacking" or talking to and see how you feel afterwards before actually doing/saying what ever it is you want to say/do.

It really bothered me about the IamMatthew thing coming from someone I like... But you don't know what I deal with with that sort of thing around here... So I forgive you...

Deleting other peoples pics (including mine)... Wow, that is mean and heartless... Still, I forgive you...

That said, I think you should be banned from this site for a period of time as punishment for what you have done... I hope you learn from this mistake...

I apoligise for my misgivings with maddyjen, but....
-deleting piks by other artists is unforgiveable
-you stuck your nose in every nook and cranny of forums, etc. and didn't bother to "catch up" on what was going on (you didn't think)
-your veiled threats are really getting boring.
I have supported you in ThinkWrite when you finally managed to post a story instead of just "blurbing" if that means anything to you. Plus I really question that you are ten. I have an almost ten year old who tests out as a genius and he can't type or come up with the more mature "writings" etc. that you do. As some others have said you have lied, lied, lied so don't feel too good about yourself, you have deserved some of this.

To sum it up, I'm sorry, and I do hope you keep participating on ThinkWrite and ThinkDraw, but obviously you have some truth telling to do. The computer is a wonderful place to be anyone you want, but you've been caught so come clean and you'll have a longer career on ThinkDraw. If not I'm with Matthew on this one.

And sorry folks, I know this is a little rambling and pardon any spelling or major grammatical errors but I work nights as you know. I'm just a wee tired.

To those who feel people have been picking on maddy...

Strange thing - it doesn't seem that way to me at all and I'm highly aware of "mean" situations. From my view, no one has picked on "maddy." Yes, people have picked at the persona that the REAL maddy presents and I find that altogether a different thing.

My conclusions are:
1. maddy is not ten (Never thought she/he was. Forty years teaching experience gives you a pretty good "kid-dar." maddy is an adult.)
2. maddy enjoys the fuss. (Yes, she has "fits," but then writes in other threads the same day as if nothing has upset her. And something about her fits never seem to "ring true." I always get the feeling she is laughing when she types her tirades.)
3. maddy is a persona ... if she wants to be a real person, then I'm happy to deal with her in a real way.

And, please don't say we're all persona's on the internet. I don't buy that because one IS able to get a feel for who is being their real self and who isn't. Yes, maybe I'm really 80 years old, from Siberia and have no grandkids. It's possible, but there is still a truth to my personality on TD that does not vary much. If you think of all the TD folks you "know," it's the same with them, and THAT is what is lacking with the maddy persona. : )

On the slight chance that maddy might be a truly troubled soul, I offered a lesson in friendship because if she IS a troubled soul (and not a mere s--t disturber), she clearly needs lessons in friendship! However, I don't think she is interested in TD friendships and I don't think she is troubled ... unless you want to examine the fact that she enjoys stirring the pot. (Have always found that an alarming trait.)

Look at the response she wrote to my friendship lesson.
It speaks VOLUMES!

If maddy/she/he wants to stop playing games, then maybe I'll have an interest one way or the other, but for now ... there are so many truly interesting and fun folks on TD that they are the ones who get my attention and (giggle) my virtual affections.

PSS From this view, the only one who has behaved dreadfully in the maddy-saga, is maddy. Actually, both maddy's have behaved terribly (the persona and the real maddy)! When you really think about it ... it is hateful to jerk people around. No wonder folks are trying to pick fun out of this situation ... it is a profoundly sad and uncomfortable situation when a person does the kinds of things maddy has been doing.

PS to the REAL maddy, whoever you are ... I DO, truly, deeply, hope you find peace and happiness. You obviously have a generous sprinkling of talents. Hope you can learn to use them in ways that bring people joy.
