I would like to suggest an option where you can hide your pictures from other users (using a check box)

I like to do simple pictures sometimes in between my harder ones...

So when I post those simple pictures they will remove the pictures I like and the pictures more people will comment on... (I like comments... they make me happy)... this also relates to the formulas...

Though yes I could just delete them...Then I would not be able to show a picture to someone if I wished to. (later on)

I would love to be able to hide pictures if I wished to....

(This could be done by making it so you check a box and the same script that reports a picture is used by counting this as three reportings... [this box may be unchecked or checked]... since three reportings will hide a picture, this should be a very easy way to make a hidden picture script... just times the action by three and add a check box)

i like that idea, i do the same thing as far as making simple pics in between the more difficult ones. it would be nice to experiment and not have them display

Intriguing idea, folks.

From a recent post by Likemee it appears that ability may exist in the software... he said if a picture gets "reported" for offensive content more than 3 times, it's no longer available in the public gallery, BUT you do get to keep it in your own gallery. It wasn't totally clear to me whether it would be visible to others or not.

I've been keeping screen-captures of some pages, and you can do direct Save-as on the finished pix here.

So we COULD post them (for free) on Flickr... which also lets us add comments.

And TD lets us use live links to outside pages.

That is where I got this idea...

notice the parenthesis...

However I have an idea where if I could ... set a group of pictures aside and then post them at the same time... it would be wonderful to reveal them at once (instead of doing massive save drafts and hoping my computer does not freeze)

I know I could do captures on them pretty easily... I got that. But it would not be the same. Since I would want to reveal them later. Most likely I would just take the lesser pictures out until they are far back in date not to show up on my main page .. in regards to that. I do formulas... and other stuff.... people don't comment on those... I like comments... SO... it would be much easier for me to do it with the check box then be afraid to post a picture on the basis it will push one of my "wanted to be seen" pictures out of the side bar.

This is just a simpler way to organize the pictures how you want...

It really would not be that hard. The script is there already. It would just need to be placed twice once for flagging and another time for... this (with this one being set with the action 3 times)

I just don't think it would be the same on flickr... or on another website. It won't add what I want to my gallery. (I have an idea... that would be wonderful if I did not have to wait to make all of the pictures for this idea to be revealed at one time, during the span of one night.)

Adding to my last post...

It really would not be that hard. The script is there already. It would just need to be placed twice once for flagging and another time for... this (with this one being set with the action 3 times) [this being set on the page where you edit a pictures details]

And now to add to this.... I am not really pushing it since I just figured out how to do it without the check box... so no worries.

(I'll explain soon)

Someone else made a suggestion to make it so we could choose the order our pictures show up in our gallery. So we could set our favorite to show up as the top 6 when someone goes to our profile. I kinda liked that idea. Then we could arrange series of our own work in order and place the smaller stuff we did in between later in the gallery.

Right this is more of just revealing pictures at a certain time... the organization just takes a lot more coding and scripting so this would have been a temp. addition (well not really temp... since it would be cool to have forever but it would... help with that situation temporarily.)
