I love Macbeth so couldn't resist adding this in:

First Witch
Round about the cauldron go;
In the poison'd entrails throw.
Toad, that under cold stone
Days and nights has thirty-one
Swelter'd venom sleeping got,
Boil thou first i' the charmed pot.

ALL
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.

Thanks Normal for moving this one wasn't sure if I could have done it - do you have set rules for this competition?

As to rules, I have no clue. Just wish THIS one could last longer than a week, since Shakespeare is such a deep and rich lode to mine.

Thanks Normal I agree as had to seriously study Shakespeare way back in my younger years and am enamoured but did wonder bout choosing for this challenge. I will post an early comment and say the response and quality has been superb - still time for more! All you TD's are fantastic artists.

Alas! poor Yorick. I knew him, Horatio; a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy; he hath borne me on his back a thousand times; and now, how abhorred in my imagination it is! my gorge rises at it. Here hung those lips that I have kissed I know not how oft.

Of course, there's always Ariel's song in Act V of THE TEMPEST.

Where the bee sucks, there suck I;
In a cowlip's bell I lie.
