I am suggesting that the creator of a picture can decide if they want their picture to be rated or not.

Since a few of my pictures I would rather not have rated since they were either instructional or for my own benefit... and not meant to be great... or rated. (or too personal to be rated)

Just a suggestion...

we used to just put 'Please don't rate' in the title

I want this as well. I also want to be able to store pictures without putting them in the gallery.

I wish I knew what was going on here. When I look at some of the things it's not the usual caliber of work. It feels like a different place.
