I lose two pictures due to it jamming. The first time I had saved a lesser version in another window so I was able to start over from there and summit that picture. The second I hadn't saved whatsoever so I lost the whole thing. I'd get the message to wait for my picture to summit but it would just sit there and would not load.

I think this is somewhat due to your computer... if it is a very complicated picture the amount of information that is sent...over the connection causes it to slow... and thus jam. It also might have to do with how many people are submitting a picture at that time but I am not sure about that.

I have had a few of these myself but I always save a draft of the picture before submitting it...

So the only thing I can advise is... make sure you close some of the other programs that may be using the internet. As well as um... saving the draft.

(Sometimes with flash you might be able to unjam something by right clicking and changing the quality to low.)

(These are just theories or what I have observed... this might be caused by something else)

The first time it happened I also couldn't summit a reply to a post so I think the site was being serviced. I could do everything else on the site. My PC was running as usual, I never had a load problem on Think Draw. I usually save an extra draft copy before I summit but I didn't that time. Thanks I appreciate you trying to help.

I had problems before with losing drawings and it was a bad Ether cable. You might check that out or keep it in mind. Since replacing it it's been fine.
