From: ELPAUL - I've requested (several times) that I receive an e-mail for password information. I was logged-out, and cannot remember my old password for elpaul. I had to start another profile, and use a different e-mail address. Any reasons known why I can't receive e-mail from ThinkDraw?

When you type your email address in feedback, do you put your new one in? Have you waited a few days to give her time to respond?

I have never received any e-mail from Rachel (or whomever) about the elpaul account (lpaul@sti.net).
I had to make a new profite (LouiseP) and a new e-mail (louisepaul1@hotmail.com). I received information in my hotmail for the new profile, but nothing to sti.net on the old elpaul account.
I'm frustrated that I'll not be able to retrieve any of my old pictures from the elpaul account......Any other suggestions?
