I'm sorry to say, there's no real noticeable change here. I know you're trying. I don't know what the norm should be. But I feel it is definitely very slow. Thank you for your concern.

Hey guys - what a fantastic improvement ! ..(sorry, KM, but for me the whole experience has just gone from really, really bad to really acceptable)

Even looking at some of my own pics - they're now loading in a few seconds, as opposed to a minute or so - totally awesome and thank you SO much ! xxxx

I wasn't having that much of a problem, ( it never took minutes to load, of didn't load at all) but they are loading a lot faster now. Thanks!
I've never lost any saved drafts except the first couple of days the save draft was up.

2 to 3 times as fast loading as it was before, which is a huge improvement
(especially since it wasn't easy to stop the load or even leave the page)

...and the actual playback remains essentially unchanged
(A Good Thing, since faster there would harm the joy of learning each piece's process)

The picture I tried this a.m. was Marcella's "Alice in Wonderland", it was still loading when I closed out. My pictures are fine as are some others that I was a problem with, vast improvement, I do thank you. Maybe that one pic has alot of components? I will keep an eye (we have tons of eyes now) out!

After you have written the title the picture disappears but you see
it in the Gallery and if you want to see someone's picture and rate and
comment the picture does not appear...anyone else notice this??

I'm thinking that perhaps they put that part of the system down too make another change.

On any picture I clicked on the playback did not appear. A small red "x" in the upper left corner. Is something being done?

Indigo & KM -- is it possible to check the same pictures on a nearby friend's computer?

And/or to take your computer (if it's a portable notebook) to a friend's house or coffee-house and use their signal?

There are basically 3 variables to isolate here...
[1] TD itself
[2] your IP connection (internet provider's signal)
[3] your computer (either its [A] Security Settings, or [B]Graphics Card or [C] available RAM)

I know... you didn't want to hear that... but... (sympathetic smiles)

Qsilv - read note above. I believe that instance was the picture itself. Have been having better time and being able to enjoy the playbacks that I couldn't watch before. Thanks so much for your concern, it is appreciated.

The playbacks are loading much faster now..thank you rachel!!
...but...in...thinkdraw spirit..i have a request...are we ever going to be able to see each and every picture, no matter how detailed?

The playback was doing very nicely...now I can play my pictures back but, so far, can't get any others to work? I have shut down and rebooted. I've waited at least 5 minutes. I've tried during the course of the day to see if it will work. I'm using windows vista.
