It's kind of silly, but it's gotten out of hand.

A member by the name of ManymoO has been posting vile comments to me, and perhaps a few other members. She also has been handing out "1" ratings to either "get even" over some imagined slights, or to bolster her own ratings.

According to her profile, she's only 10, so I don't want to kick up a fuss. All the same, she's bringing ugly to a place that used to be fun for me.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

I had a typo -- it's MandymoO. Some of her remarks were posted on the message section of some of my earlier works ... she's still around ... she posted some of her work yesterday ... she has it in for me and at least one other that I know of ... kind of irritating ... I've tried to ignore it.

Go to "FEEDBACK" link & report her to Rachel...

...Rachel can remove her comments from your pics...

I saw her comment on the pic of the passed out guy...then I saw she said she was soooo sorry.
made me wonder if she has a creepy brother or someone that does it....was a strange comment for a 10 year old girl for sure.

LadyO: If I may say, I have to agree with you on this person. She made a remark about my batman, fine, if she didn't like it that was ok, it wasn't the best, little remarks, no. I posted a note one of "her" pictures and said "how sweet you are" and something about "her" mother being in the hospital and may not live the night or something, sniff, sniff". Which I don't believe. So, I'm with you on this for what it's worth. I don't believe she's 10, I'm sure it's an adult.

For some reason I'm having problems with this site the last 1/2 hr. Running very, very slow and the draw, gallery, top 5, showcase came up absent words forum and feedback. That complete line is back up but it's still running very slow. Don't know what's wrong. This is the only place it's happening.

KM, same here. I got kicked out of the showcase with one of my pictures too!! It is my guess someone flagged my picture 3 times so I got kicked out. I saw another picture is gone too. Maybe Rachel is trying to work on the site somewhere to fix some problem.

If Rachel thinks the pic doesn't belong in the showcase, she will remove the pic. May not have gotten the 'crayon' connection? If you write to her in feedback & say why it belonged, she will put it back in.

Lynnspotter thanks, I don't think Rachel pulled it though. There are 5 pictures in the showcase right now that are not game/toy related in any shape or form that I can see that have not been pulled. I already e-mailed her but I don't think she is on here during the weekend. I feel since a violin can be played that it fits the game/toy theme well. When we had the machinery showcase there were many that were not machinery related and they were never pulled.

The thing that makes me think she is indeed 10 is that her insults often inclue the term "boy balls licker" laughing ... if I were, I'd be in jail for pedophelia!

Is there any way to report her?

I've been ignoring her, but she's back -- this time as Mandymandyoo, and she's still leaving the comments. She said she deleted my "skinny dipping" submission because it was "disgusting" ... it's flowers, LOL!

Seriously, ignoring didn't work. How can I get this to stop?

I meant to write that she "reported" the skinny dipping submission, not delted it.

Not sure there is a way, LadyO, apart from getting on to Rachel - I've seen her comments, and it's not just annoying, it really spoils the whole thing.

I know what it's like (as does matthew and a few others), and what I really hate is that everyone else who looks at your picture is then also faced with the same nasty comments. Don't bother reading what she writes - just get on to Think Draw (again !).

In a public park, open to all ages, are children allowed to freely --and regularly-- run through people's picnics, kicking dirt into them?

If so, the park winds up being the "turf" of the local hooligans.
