the taste and pleasure of a pizza, of course, is all in the dough. To ferment the dough I use a 100 years old sower dough... We name her Vera ;-)

Congrats, clo..

I don't particularly like pizzas, but your sourdough vegan one looked priceless to me

Hope your challenge isn't TOO challenging, as I'm feeling a bit challenged at the moment
