Hi,

We were thinking instead of a regular showcase, that maybe we would start a two week or month long competition next.
The competition would be to design a Christmas or holiday season greeting card.
The creator of the most popular (favorited and rated) picture would win a pack of 10 greeting cards with their design on. Of course anyone else who wanted to see their design in print could do so. Greetings in writing could be added to the designs as well to make these look more like cards.

Any feedback would be really appreciated. What do you think?

I think it is a great idea and very exciting. I have made Christmas cards from my TD art in previous years and would love to try it again this year. Kudos to Think Draw.

Nice idea!
Just a question. Why do not have this competition AND the regular showcase?
the competition could be a sort of challenge, letting those that do not want to partecipate having a regular showcase anyway.
And I wonder also, will we have in any case the usual xmas showcase during xmas time, or not?

I really only start feeling like drawing 'Chrissy' pics around Christmas

I'm with you, Marg. It's not the season and I am already 'christmased out'. I don't need any more christmas this year.
