Gremmy (Emy) posted several days ago a picture advising the TD community she was ill and would not be able to be on TD for a short while. A similar posting appears on Thinkwrites from EmyO describing the same condition in similar terms.

I have not participated in thinkwrite in a long while; so, I do not know for certain if EmyO is our Gremmy here on TD... if she is, I am saddened to report that her sister advised of her passing.

Condolences to the family. She always posted sweet comments and will be missed.

May I add my condolences. Emy hadn't been on TD for very long, but was so open about her illness and made many friends on her in a short time. A brave and articulate lady who gave us so many wonderful artistic expressions of her personality.

I have read every page of this issue and have added my prayers to all those who send out theirs. I, too, am seriously ill and completely disabled and request your prayers, but first ask that you remember all others before me. I do this because I believe the Lord knows what I need and will take care of it and what I am going through is His way of bringing me closer to him. So many others have more on their plate than I do, so I trust that the Lord will take from theirs and give me more till I have what I can handle. I believe he will move these mountains because in true faith, I have asked for it for each one of you, but in his own time, when he sees fit. His blessing on each one of you who is suffering and each one who is the caregiver. Amen. Gremmy (Emy)

Emmy was young at heart and I loved her sense of fun. What a brave and truly generous lady. My thoughts are with her family.

I just realised I'd not seen Gremmy on here for a while and have just learnt the very sad news of her passing. What a shock! She seemed such a sweet and kind woman. Thoughts and condolences to her family.
