I've just looked through the entire Feedback forum and am amazed to find that a thread like this hasn't been done before....

Rachel, Gideon and anybody else involved in running Thinkdraw for us, I just wanted to express my gratitude to you.

You have set up this site and given free access to it for people from all over the world to use as they wish. Some are children, some are established artists, some like to doodle, and others are discovering their artistic selves as a result of playing here.

The community which has grown on this site is so much a part of what makes it work. It is wonderful that we can all meet here, draw, admire each others’ work and learn from each other, as well as feeling that we are a part of something that is so much more.

My sincere thanks to you for creating, running and continuing to improve Thinkdraw. Coming here has literally changed my life. I hope that our pleasure in TD gives you back as much as you give us.

nod.... it's true. At first it seemed like just a lightweight game that popped up. No obvious driving commercial thing.

We began to form a loose community, with the delights and divisions that forums are prone to.

By now it's clear that it's more than a passing private playground... there's a generous intelligence driving its growth. And it IS still growing. And so are we.

It's not just that we're attracting more accomplished artists; we're BECOMING more skilled, more aware.

The work I see nowadays still includes delightfully primitive explorations but it ranges farther and farther into the sophistication we call 'art'.

ThinkDraw has provided the workshop venue. I'm grateful beyond words...

Think Draw DID CHANGE my life.
Now I have a hobby, a pastime, which I never did.
As I say in my profile, it helped me discover something
inside me very late in life, for which I'm very thankful to THINK DRAW!

I was looking for three of my picture, which I submitted in the current showcase, "Golden leaves, In korrean dress and Cheers" and I do not see them. It just disappeared. Any help?

geeta, may be because they wasn't pertinet to the current showcase - that is, Thanksgiving. Only the pics regarding that showcase should be put in, otherwise the showcase box shouldn't selected.

Anyway, you should open a different topic for this, as this is about thanks to TD... If you think that your pics are inherent of Thanksgiving, you can explain why, and ask to TD staff to put them in again.

As I pass here, I want to add my thanks to TD. You awakened my sleeping creativity. I had a very difficult time last winter - with a broken ankle and wilsth, 3 months closed at home, blocked on a sofa... Thanks to TD I didn't go mad, I could express myself and let my energy flow. And I learnt to draw with my left hand, enhancing a lot my right-brain potential and my creativity in ways I still have to fully explore.

I would also like to add my own thanks to Rachel and Gideon for this web site, I have always been artistic but I felt that I lacked a way of expressing myself, I found Think Draw through a TV program on BBC2 about computers, and ever since I have been hooked on this simple but entertaining concept. Using tiles or pre rendered pieces to create a picture in different ways unrelated to the obvious, keeps me glued to my keyboard and I am thankful for that as I am constantly at home. You have given me an outlet and what is becoming a kind of hobby, and I am making friends with the community, one lady in particular I regularly chat on-line with. So again thank you. Hope you enjoy looking at our pictures.

What a great forum topic! Thinkdraw has definitly made me a better artist, it has reawakened my love of writing (through the ThinkWrite forum which now is a whole separate website) and I have a whole slew of friends who I have never met, some of whom I too e-mail with frequently.

Thank you indeed to the whole Thinkdraw team who has given us this wonderful gift and puts up with our frequent insanity as well.
