I thought... and thought... And every time I felt that this challenge should have something to do with the new theme. How could we have a challenge wich is appealing, and encouraging to use an unusual palette?

Finally I thought that it coud be interesting, and easier, to draw in lunartic a subject that the artist had already chosen and treated... but in a different theme.

Well, I know that a similar challenge was done some time ago, but in that case the task was to redo the pic of another artist.

So, I'm asking you to look at your own gallery in the Before-Lunartics Age, and chose a pic of yours you want to "re-process" using Lunartics palette. I think that a very old pic should be funnier.

You could either:
- try to reproduce as close as possible an old pic;
- Create a new interpretation of the subject (i.e. a different point of view, light, emotional focus, etc)
- connect the edge of the new pic to one edge of the old one, achieving to create a new larger picture, as in the challenge "the moving line".

You have the widest range of choise about how to get inspired by your own pics; but just a rule: it have to be done in Lunartics!

The challenge will end at 30th of November, h. 24.00 TD Time, and the baton will be passed the day after.

ILY lot! this challenge had a quick and brilliant start!

Mattew: the black in lunartics... alas! there is some "quite" black in the palmas of the second background, and then there is the little hand (that is not true black, but very close), and you can fins some black in the corner of the brown eye and in the red& yellow one. The eyelashes of the blue eye and of the purple monster don't result black, but a great grey. There are some dark shadow in green and brown, they can appear blacker if you lay them over thir complementar colour (see to my Easter Island pic for understanding what I say).

It woul be great to have a black bacground, but we haven't!
