Congrats autumn! I quite enjoyed that competition even though I didn't get around to drawing a hat myself.

I trust Baldur's brunch was lovely? Any particularly good recipes there?

Well, I've just done my civic duty and gone to vote (and I hope any Canadian's on this site are doing the same today).
With 4 federal elections in the last 7 years we're becoming old pros at the voting process. I'm sure hoping for a majority government this time around but we'll see when the polls close I guess.

Heavens, I found this on Facebook:

' In honor of the Royal wedding on Friday, use your Royal Wedding Guest name. Start with either Lord or Lady. Your first name is one of your grandparents' names. Your surname is the name of your first pet, double-barreled with the name of the street you grew up on. Let's do this! Post yours here. '

I am Lord Bernard Petey-Garfield

WAIT!!!

I don't mean to interrupt this little game and am pretty sure it's safe here at TD.
And I might be too sensitive about personal info issues over the internet.
So I apologize if I would be so wrong and really hope so.

Baldur, where of facebook did you find this game?
Did the address have "https://" or "http://" in the beginning?
If the address doesn't have 's' after 'http', I heard it's a hacker.

And I felt so odd to see those questions and now I know why.
Those are the questions asked when we create the online accounts for banks and other payment accounts.

I'm sure it's pretty safe here but I just didn't want to make this forum to be targeted by unpleasant people.

For those who already answered to the question, if you feel unsafe, you should ask TD to delete your comments.

Sorry Baldur and folks for this interruption.

Interesting, it was just something on someone's comment thread, not anything you log onto. So ther was no http anything involved.
Nowhere does one need to supply an email address, but this could be an issue.
Thank you for bringing it up.
In my particular case those are not answers I would have used as part of any security questions to back up my identity.

Mine is Lady Eva Kippy-Wilkinson, one of my friends on Facebook (for I too saw it there) was Lord James Dingo-Savage, that gave me quite a chuckle.

Without divulging any security answers, I would be Lady Evie Star-Toddsbury. I love the sound of that.

Probably nothing could be more stunning than Lady Chowchow-Main!

Today I got an amazing forward that should amuse TDers. However, I could not find an exact replica via google. Look for "canstruction." There is a yearly competition for engineers & architects to build art works of food cans, which are later passed on to food banks. There are a few that I don't believe could be built without extraneous support - but most are stunning. It's like TD, using cans for pixel, but in 3D. One site showed winners from past years. I love those that make water out of blue sardine tins or water bottles with blue labels! Worth a search.

Found a site with some of the winners of the Calgary Canstruction events. Those are pretty cool, some of them are downright amazing!
