God bless you and your husband, Hazer! I also have a prayer request. Awhile back, there was the tornado in Birmingham, AL, where my friend and her family live. It has been at least 2 months, and we still are unable to contact them. Please keep them in your prayers. |

Hi everyone.... there have been so many days spent at the hospital watching my husbands steady decline. He tries to encourage our daughters and his family always telling them he'll be okay. The cancer has become very aggressive and I don't know if he will live long enough to celebrate his 60th birthday. He has wanted to have an early birthday party out at the acreage Sept 5th. He is battling the super bug MRSA this past week. It seems to be rampant on the cancer wing. I have a gut feeling he won't be coming home from the hospital again. I would be there now but have a dr's appt to go to myself as I am scheduled to have knee surgery in a month. |

The courage you both show is astounding, Hazer. MRSA is a huge set back in any illness. 'Hoping he has that birthday celebration. Look after your own health, too. May luck be on your side for a change. |
