Good luck Baldur! If you get on Jeopardy and you don't know the Final Jeopardy answer you should put Think Draw hehehe (but of course I'd have my fingers crossed that you did know the answer)

I think that I did much better on this test than last year's.
It's still amazing anyone can answer any random question in just 15 seconds. The test was 50 questions, with with just that much time to type out each answer.

for Polenta: eyes, voice, hands.

Of course, in a man I'm looking for intelligence, empathy, sense of humor, but these are things you can't recognise at a first glance!

Polenta, I read a study a long time ago that said even if we are not aware of it, the first thing we like or don't like about a person is the voice. Is that true? I've no idea.

Now about your question: what are the three things we "look" at when seeing a possible mate? For me, it's an inner looking and what that means is that what I "see" first, is a feeling. How do I feel when I see that person and am around him, talking to him?

After that, it hasn't really mattered much. I've dated them tall, short, thin, not so thin, blond, brunette, bald. Beyond that, I like intelligence, warmth and humor. : )

Sorry that I am so late. My mother had a hairdresser's appointment early today. She needed me to play chauffeur.

Baldur first saw that video two days ago.
I might add it is obvious that the man in question did not really mind his shovel being borrowed in such an impromptu manner. It was the woman's action in not returning the shovel that provoked him.

Here is a link to an article on a new form of art. It's rather psychodelic, and no doubt takes a while to dry.

I loved that video on the paint pouring, Baldur. But looked and read, and wondered what kind of paint they used, and also if they let it dry inbetween colors?? It didn't run into the next color, and noticed the column, looked dry, yet shiny. This was wonderful, and bet it would be fun to do....very carefully, though!!

I only know what I saw from the same video but i'm betting the paint was all poured in quick succession.
I think if the layers were allowed to dry each successive color would pour over the previous and not make those thin bands. The way it's done in the video the surface tensions pushes and stretches the previous colors.
That's my take on it anyway.
All through the video Baldur was urging them to stop, it looked perfect to me but they kept pouring on another color.
Also, it would be interesting if they poured 4 blobs of color towards the edge of the top (one on each side) occasionally so there would be broken bands of color.
I so want to try this but I can't imagine anyplace in the house with 4 cats, or in the garage with all the dust would work out too well.

Well, I found it very interesting, and really liked it. I guess I will google the artist and try to get more info!! Maybe it was a rubberized paint??!! Being a '60's person, I have always been drawn to color, and wild patterns. In fact, I still have my two Peter Max scarves I bought years ago!! It was intriguing going into those boutiques back then, with the wildness, and insense. Made one feel it was a new world, and my world.
Maybe you could try this on a small scale, but know what you mean by kitties rubbung up against, and their fur flying!!
