It does seem like the drama has calmed down lately. It seems it often does just before another big controversy but I really hope this is more than just the calm before the storm. I will say the recent controversie haven't flamed on like some of the ones in the past so perhaps everybody is just tired of them and doesn't really respond as much to the few duty-disturbers who always want to get things going again.

No, Baldur we use it a lot in Spanish. It means;
IF THEY BARK SO MUCH OR SPEAK SO MUCH OR MAKE SUCH A BIG FUSS, THIS MEANS WE ARE RIDING, WE ARE DOING SOMETHING... SOMETHING THAT IS .... IMPORTANT? DIFFERENT? A PROGRESS?
I thought people could understand it in the English-speaking world too.

If Matthew is such an issue.... maybe it's because he's "RIDING". It's difficult to translate sayings or proverbs. Sorry.

The anti-matthew Club is an intitution I imagine. As such it should have a logo, a motto, an anthem and maybe a firm of lawyers (just in case).
I haven't seen all that so far.
Do we have to pay a monthly fee to become a member?

oh, yes, polenta.. designing a coat of arms would be fun !

but, alas, I fear it would be tawdry, and possibly somewhat overgrown with mildew, if it were to represent the institution faithfully..

.. and yes.. there's always a cost involved, although you might end up thinking that paying cash would be cheaper and better in the long run..
