Or perhaps digging in his pocket for a quarter to buy one out of a gumball machine! I'm worth more than that, Ron. I'm no princess, but at least break out the credit card! lol

Robin - Maybe he doesn't have a quarter, he's looking for a 10 cent machine. He'd better get in touch! He probably used the credit card to scrape the ice of his windshield last winter and it cracked! Do you think?

Robin, he's probably panicking ... he made an awful lot of proposals and he's probably wondering "... did I really carry one thorugh?"

KM, thanks for passing the torch to me, how kind! I am sorry i was out of town to accept it! Went to my sister's and we were busy with the ULTRA FINE WEEKEND weather we were having, I mean 70s in mid July?! Unheard of around my parts! But I'm super excited to see Ron's list He's been itching, as you said, to reign everything in, lower the count, etc...it's his shot! Have fun Ron!

Charity, you were first choice. Please accept the torch and carry on. It's way past Ron's reporting time.

Folks...

Sorry again. But I've been staying at my father's for the past week and he managed to cut his cable somehow and we've been digging a trench like a mile long now (It's a big farm) trying to replace the entire cable. Hence - no internet at all.

I'm at a Chevron gas station right now using their little internet cafe (actually quite nice for a gas station).

Hopefully I'll be home in a few days and can get back online a little more often.

KM - thanks for the torch (guess the American team really screwed up the baton-passing in this relay huh?)

Charity - congrats and please carry on.

And I'm not itching for the torch per se - just that whenever I do get it I'm gonna reinstitute a shorter word-count

Later all,
Ron Unplugged
