4000 comments & page 200. Should Baldur publish the book we've written?

I think he already has made some copies, he once said. Hmmm

No, Baldur doesn't have any copies of this. Certainly it would have a very limited audience.

I am sure that at least one of me would read it...

Wow Baldur, maybe you shouldn't have posted that blog, I think everyone went over there!

Wow, Channel Baldur is a success! It feels like you make a forum, thinking everyone's gonna read it. When you read what you wrote, you think, "No one's gonna read this junk"! Baldur, do you understand how lucky you are? Or maybe it's not luck, maybe it's just that you're so fun!

maddyjean, I am often surprised that people read some of this stuff too.
Radio Baldur has a devoted following, and admittingly it really isn't 'All Baldur, All the Time'. There are several co-hosts who do contribute quite a bit to the success enjoyed here.

Are you aware of the story behind the beginning of Radio Baldur?
It was all because of a technical glitch that happened here on ThinkDraw.
One day something dreadful happened and we could not make any pictures. The problem went on for several hours. Try as we might nothing in the 'Draw' area worked.
To pass the time Baldur opened forum thread called 'Channel Baldur'.
I assumed the position of talk show host and the rest is history.

Baldur is quite ecstatic this evening.
Being less than economically solvent I have really tried to avoid eBay.
Historically it has been very expensive frequenting that site.
This week I did look around a bit and found a listing for the most difficult of the Spode patterns, one that was discontinued in 1865.
Baldur has some pieces of this pattern in his horde but not nearly enough.
What should appear this week but a group of 3 pieces.

An oval tray
A large round platter with ear-like handles
and
A huge dome cover for the round platter.

Baldur nearly fell over when he saw the covered platter. The auction ended at 7:23 this evening and indeed someone tried to outbid me at the last moment.

But Baldur won.

Oh, that's so cool! Do you choose hosts, or do they just take over without permission?

They usually jusy step up when they notice it's been quiet for a stretch of time.
But Baldur does ask for assistance when he knows he will be offline for a day or more.

You could start Radio Maddyjean if you like the idea, but the key to success is to keep your audience entertained.
You must try to remember that.
Feel free to steal the same format used here.

Generally what we talk about here are personal anectdotes, bits of our daily lives, recipes and the occasional game are offered.
Much of it starts with what is happening here at Chez Baldur, then everything goes off on a tangent.

I actually have been thinking about making my own channel, but I'm afraid people will hate me and think I'm copying you!
