G night my friend...

One of my neighbors has been getting up early and slipping my newspaper right inside my storm door lately. Some people are just so considerate.

I hope you have all recovered from celebrating matthew's birthday yesterday. We had a wild time here at Radio Baldur. After the station shut down for the evening we rolled a gigantic cake to the pool hall where matthew was working a double shift.

Then we hauled out the boombox and started to loudly play some traditional striptease music.
Of course matthew came running out into the street in his thong, carrying his portable pole dancing pole, obviously ready to enjoy the music.
Then he saw the gigantic papier mache cake.

Suddenly with a shower of confetti the top of the cake erupts and out jumps...........

The above is today's contest, Tell me what jumped out of the cake.
The winner will get nothing but satisfaction and a small piece of immortality by being part of matthew's birthday celebration.

I guess it's time for a 'Baldur Garden Update'.

Baldur lives in a sheltered little hollow in RI that has weather more fitting for Vermont or New Hampshire. Here it averages about 10 degrees color than big city 'Providence' which is about 15 miles away.

Hence everything comes up a bit late. On a positive side we never get heavy wind. Sometimes the tallest treetops sway a bit but the really turbulent stuff passes over us
