The plow horse is will return to the Barnyard when his work is done. Sorry, haven't read the book, but hope this fits. |

There is a character in the book, a Donkey called Benjamin who is a wise and very long lived Donkey who can read and realises that the Pigs are up to no good. (hanging) produced a picture of a Donkey that is extremely good and I think should represent Benjamin from the book. Don't forget that the challenge draws to a close this Friday, and results to be posted on Saturday. GMT time. |

That is it folks - Friday is officially over for us here in England, and that means the challenge is OVER! After much deliberation, I am passing the baton over to Hanging for his excellent picture of a Donkey with a Red Sky and Hills in the background which I really liked. It was close because arw65 did a really good picture of a calf and my choice was between those 2 pictures. But in the end the picture by hanging has the accolade and I pass the reins of the next challenge over to her - well done x |

Ignore the typo, I know hanging is female, but once posted no amendments. |

Oh, I didn't expect this. Thank you Steve for this great challenge. As I said, this challenge seemed a bit too much for me at the beginning because I didn't know the story and no time to read the book especially in English. But I'm so glad I did something for that after the encouragement from Steve and Clorophilla. |
