Dragon, I was looking at bella's dragon and I thought, I don't know if those are horns or tenticals or what they are... So can you tell me? Or anyone else who knows; I know Dragon knows.

I've seen them on some other dragons but it didn't connect until just now that I don't have all the information on dragon head thingies.

In my extensive dragon experience I would say horns, though Bella can feel free to correct me. Most dragons I've come across have some sort of horns or crests a top their heads and chinese dragons sort of have antler like horns. Dragons are so varied though I'm sure there are tenticled dragons somewhere as well.

I'm just loving all these dragons, I knew there were people out there who'd respond but I'm blown away by the amazing quality of the pics. I'll keep checking in over the Labour Day weekend, I hope folks aren't too busy to keep drawing.

Hey solo! I saw a dragon on a site that inspired me to do the brown dragon. In that pic the dragon had a crest that looked like horns but it also had tenticles around the face. The pic was really cool! All of them were! Mine is a horned crest, I guess!LOL
I really love all the dragons that have been done they are so good. I really like this challenge. I drew alot of dragons in college and love to draw them. This medium is just so hard for me to manipulate!

Chinky, until I read your post I'd never thought about taking a break from drawing to visit the forum. I literally laughed out loud!

I get so wrapped up in my drawings I can't even think of doing anything else until they are done. I've finished a drawing and realized that I can see the bones sticking out of the ends of my fingers and my neck is broken but that's no excuse for taking a break!

I may have exaggerated a bit but you get my point...
