Robindcr8l	OK, since so many others picked more than 1 favorite, I am going to pick one more of mine in animals. I really liked this pic when I did it, but it didn't garnder much attention. I think maybe some people didn't know the original painting that I was trying so hard to plagiarize (10 pts). Or maybe it just sucks way more than I thought it did! I have had a lot of fun seeing some of your old favs too! You all are incredible artists!

polenta	The scenographer said that the best design would be an empty space, that it didn't matter how many drawings he had to sketch or furniture he had to buy, nor whatever time or effort it took him... he had THE BEST IDEA for the theater play. What counts is THE IDEA. Here it would be the same... it doesn't matter if we spend hours or if it is extremely difficult... what matters is the effect it has... it doesn't belong to the author anymore. It belongs to the observer and how it moves him. THE SCENOGRAPHER GOT HIS FEES and probably because the production's lawyers advised them to do so.

IamAnonymous	Those bemoaning (10 points!) the lack of votes, need to recall that some TDers decided not to vote as they felt it was better to receive no vote than a one vote. Great story polenta!

Qsilv	Polenta - you make wonderful points (as always!). In her autobiography Marlene Dietrich said the best lesson she ever got was one time when she did a dramatic reading for a producer. He didn't like it. She exclaimed, "But those tears were real --I was feeling it!" He told her, "Fine, but you didn't make ME feel it!"
