I think what happened in the contest is like what happens in selecting a picture for a page layout. Once you try putting in a convincing picture of a person, especially a close-up of an interesting-looking person who makes eye contact with the viewer, no other picture seems quite right after that. They might still seem clever or well-crafted or beautiful or whatever, but no longer quite right. The right choice and the right chooser. Good work!

Q. This is cool. I took chelydra's OCD concept and ran off in a different direction. Then you ran off somewhere else with that. Can't wait for your list.

chelydra ... was a naturalist in former life and your user name kept picking at me, hahaha ... snapping really! Clever. We always had some in the aquarium. Shoulc we look for chelydra to show up in a story some day? : )WOW - you do some reading! Familiar with most but not Hegel's Phenomenology, and since it could require reading something six times ... ahm ... : )
