lalitha	i want to know the difference between most rated and higest rated and who will do that what is cosiderded for top 5 most rated or higest rated

Qsilv	Most Rated got the most votes, and it doesn't matter whether the voters chose to mark it as a "one star" or a "five star" or anything in between. Highest Rated got the highest percentage of "five star" votes. Top 5 is figured out by TD staff, based (apparently) on an algorithm that involves all of that plus how many times a picture has been chosen as anyone's Favorite.
