Actually there were some pretty mean comments on her "Horse and Cowbear" pic, which I thought was really cute.

I think what medlarviewgirl was complaing about here was the fact that the comments on her drawings were referring to her as 'he' or 'him', not having worked out that she is female.

You're absolutely right, this is a very friendly community and generally everyone has positive things to say. If you don't like a picture, simply don't give it a vote, keep the snide comments and petty meanness to yourself.
