It once happened to me that someone had stolen my password. Go to FEEDBACK and Rachel might send you a new password as she did in my case. Good luck!

Technical- I cannot log in. This is not a huge problem, but it's annoying. Every time I am asked to log in, they tell me that my user name and password do not match, so I have to pretend that I have forgotten my password and go to email to get in to TD. Is there a way to fix this? Why does TD not recognize my password? I know I entered it correctly.

Hanging, I'm probably the last person in the world who should try to help but, when we were having problems way back, clearing the cache did seem to solve snags for some of us.
