technically no, the pie, (which happens to be Lingonberry Yogurt Mousse) is frozen in the time-space continuum over his head.
Ron can illustrate his ducking away to safety, get hit in an upcoming drawing or have the pie hover overhead forever, his own halo in effect.

Might add that it all was at Baldur's instigation via a cryptogram that he put in Channel Baldur. Once solved, the melee began!

I had actually hoped it would escalate with the pie being thrown at matthew but it took a hidden challenge to really get the pies flying.
