Hello everyone

First of all, I wrote this keeping in mind: "No offense is intended". And sorry for my English, I'm still learning. I can seem to be too direct, but I don't have much vocabulary (yet) ;-)

I see (for some of you) some restrictions would be great, but think about art in general. Art can accept almost everything! "Almost" is too general, but of course this site has techniques to highlight good drawings and report bad ones (favorites, ratings, report button...) And I've found some people with good skills, and not just two or three.

I also think about everyone. Something I may find and love here could be something someone else might find but hate. Each person has his/her own concepts of like/dislike. And we're all different. Look, you can't compare a starter with an experienced artist.
For me, this site is really good for everyone right now...

Pinky, I know it can be frustrating sometimes, but think about the beginners. They can't be good artists in one night. They need to practice. We're learning everyday. It's great humans can grow everyday ;-)

Listen, if you want a solution, I propose to the staff of this site an enhancement: the possibility to save more than one draft. I'm also thinking about a "Drafts" section in our galleries (like the "Scraps" one in DeviantART), so we can present (and in this case edit, but it seems to be more difficult) our progress w/o making a mess with the final galleries. What do you think about the idea?

Nevertheless, I really like the way this site is going on right now

See you people,

Please no restrictions - on my days off, as it has been pointed out to me, I am very prolific. I really dislike the judgments of "serious" art. This site has allowed many styles - can you imaging Van Gogh being limited here for not being a serious painter?

Rather what I would like to see is a check mark for non inclusion in the gallery. I sometimes don't want to get rid of a picture after doing it but am not satisfied with it for gallery display. It would be great to have a way to keep these off the main board. If you follow an artist, you would still have full display of all art being produced.

If not having enough pictures showing would be a problem, then maybe the non inclusion button would only appear after the third work in a 24 hr period.

I think 'serious' pictures should always be restricted. Let's have more light-hearted pics and instead of a Top 5, a Bottom 5.

It can be frustrating at times, pinkie ... but there is another way to bring up the best of 'this week' - 'last week' - 'last month'. When I say 'the best' I mean 'top rated'. OK, 'top rated' are not necessarily 'the best' but will include a high proportion of the most noteworthy drawings at the top of the pile.

Click on one of your own drawings; scroll down your own gallery on the right of the screen; click on 'all pictures by ... ; your gallery opens up and there are 4 boxes across the top with drop-down menus. Change them to read: All pictures; All; Top rated; This week (or last week). Then just browse ...
