The hardest thing about this is that they were all worthy entries, but only one baton and when a twelve year old submits a story like that, the process of choosing a winner suddenly became very easy.

Marg and Q, your stories about the family were very entertaining.....thanks for humoring me, and Q, you created another character, Monica, laying there on the rug, batting her eyelashes...har!

Then there was mum's unearthly scream of frustration that I found so devastating.... hopefully there won't be any lingering scars...I recommend a therapeutic dance with marius and her adept little stranger.

Right then...it's been a blast, and I look forward to seeing you all in the next challenge!

Thanks, Hazer!!! Loved the "theme" aspect... AND those words. What fun seeing the wide fabric we wove here!

Finally, I get a free minute to post my story....it has been an uncommonly busy day and when I do get time to post, I find this has been a busy place.
Thank you all for participating. You have such wonderful imaginations and I am so impressed with all the entries. this was my first time hosting ThinkWrite, and you have all made it so much fun!
Cathy, you just amazed me with your story, and so, my dear, the baton goes to you.
