Going through old emails i found a conversation that might be helpful- that is if Thinkdraw's policy hasn't changed since September of 2010.

Me- : Hi rachel and the TD team, i had a question regarding
copywrite- are we free to use the pictures we create?- to sell or
enter in contests? or does Thinkdraw reserve that right? Thanks

For the moment, we are happy for you to use the pictures you create as you wish. If this is online, we would appreciate a link back to the site where possible. If you have a specific picture in mind, in either the 'Avatar' or hel-'Beads' themes, please let me know as we may be able to produce a larger resolution file for you.
